Source Data.
Everything on this site is built from inspection records published by the State of Florida. This page explains what that data is and is not.
Official inspection records.
All inspection data on this site comes from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), the state agency that licenses and inspects public food service establishments. We republish what the state records — we do not conduct inspections, and we do not edit, remove, or accept payment to alter any establishment's inspection history.
The score is calculated by this site.
The 0–100 score and five tiers are calculated by this site from an establishment's trailing year of inspection records, using the method described on the How it works page. They are not issued, endorsed, or reviewed by the State of Florida or any government agency. The state does not score inspections, and the score is not a prediction — conditions in any kitchen can change between inspections.
What the data cannot tell you.
Records here may lag the state's database by a day or more. Violations noted on an inspection may have been corrected on site the same day — inspection dates and dispositions are always shown so you can judge for yourself. Where we link establishments to a common operator, the link is based on names and registration details in public records and may not reflect current ownership. If anything here differs from the official record, the State of Florida inspection document linked from each inspection is the authority.
