We work to keep the data accurate and current, but the site is provided without warranty of any kind. Do not rely on it as your sole basis for business or health decisions — the official State of Florida inspection document linked from each inspection is the authority. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site's operator is not liable for decisions made based on this site.
What is not permitted.
Automated scraping that degrades the service, presenting this site's scores as official government ratings, and using the data to harass establishment owners or staff are not permitted. If you need the raw data, the State of Florida publishes it publicly — the same source we use.
How errors are handled.
If an establishment's record here differs from the official State of Florida record, we correct our copy to match the state's. We do not remove accurate public-record inspection history on request, and payment cannot change a score.
